We keep cancellation simple and transparent. This policy explains what happens when you cancel your FreshRole Pro subscription, when the cancellation takes effect, and what to expect afterwards.
Sign in to FreshRole and open Account settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will see an on-screen confirmation, and we'll also email you a receipt within a few minutes.
When you cancel your Pro subscription, the cancellation takes effect from your next renewal date — not immediately. This means you continue to enjoy all Pro features (real-time alerts, Telegram notifications, unlimited saved alerts, full sponsorship breakdowns) until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be made after that, and your account will automatically move to the free tier on the renewal date.
If you subscribed on the 5th of the month and cancel on the 20th, you will keep Pro access until the 4th of the following month. On the 5th, your subscription will end and you will not be charged again.
Because you retain full access until the end of your current paid period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), email support@freshrole.co within 7 days and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
Your saved alerts, alert history, and account preferences are preserved for 90 days after your subscription ends, in case you decide to resubscribe. After 90 days of free-tier inactivity, we may remove non-essential personal data in line with our data retention rules. You can delete your account permanently at any time from Account settings → Delete account.
You can resubscribe to Pro at any time. If you reactivate within 90 days of cancelling, your saved alerts and preferences will be restored automatically.
Cancelling Pro does not delete your account. You keep access to the free tier, which includes the delayed job board, sponsorship confidence badges, and up to 5 saved alerts.
