These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FreshRole, a service operated by TECHPODS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FreshRole.
FreshRole is a job-discovery and alert service. We monitor publicly available company career pages and surface relevant software engineering roles, together with a sponsorship-likelihood signal. We do not provide legal, immigration, or career advice. Sponsorship signals are an estimate based on public data and may be incorrect — always verify directly with the employer.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use FreshRole. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
FreshRole offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You authorize TECHPODS (via our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record) to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Charges related to FreshRole will appear on your statement as TECHPODS via Paddle.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal date — you retain Pro access until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and no further charges will be made after that. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, or resell job data from FreshRole; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) use the service to send unsolicited messages; (d) attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or security controls; or (e) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Job listings, employer information, and external links displayed on FreshRole are sourced from publicly available career pages and third-party feeds. We do not endorse any employer and are not responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, salary ranges, or hiring outcomes. When you apply, you are dealing directly with the employer.
Sponsorship confidence scores are produced by automated analysis of public records and job description language. They are estimates, not legal advice or guarantees. Employer policies, country immigration rules, and individual circumstances can change at any time. Always confirm visa sponsorship directly with the employer before relying on it.
FreshRole, the FreshRole brand, the user interface, and the proprietary signal models are owned by TECHPODS. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal job-search use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshRole is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including missed job opportunities, lost wages, or visa outcomes) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FreshRole after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
